About Me
I am a returning student attempting to juggle work, family, and an aggressive school schedule in pursuit of my ultimate goal: becoming a nurse anethetist.
I have a history of nursing in my family, and I have two relatives who currently are CRNAs; one of which even works as a professor at Drexel University. Anethesia is kind of like a family business, and it has taken me quite a while to choose what I want to do in life, but I’m glad I’ve finally made up my mind.
No matter how good your current job is, I firmly believe that work shouldn’t be a complete waste of eight hours a day. Being a father I feel like my time spent at home with my kids is very important, but my current job, which is a great job by many people’s standards, leaves me wanting something more fulfilling: a job that makes a difference in people’s lives. Hence my ultimate goal of providing a potentially life-saving service.
